Kickin’ it with Kevin – Water Aerobics

Add some fun to your fitness with water aerobics! Our own Kevin Jackson, Chapman lifeguard, will share his water fitness talents on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. This class is for women and men ages 16 and up; Kids under 16 may participate with parental supervision (aka participation!). Water Aerobics classes will be conducted in the shallow areas and consist of water exercises including cardio, muscle conditioning, and stretches. Guests (unlimited) may attend with members for $5.00 per session and then swim until pool closing time. Bring your pool noodle and positive energy!


Early Morning Fitness Swim

For those of you who are early risers you’ll want to check this out! On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-8:00 a.m. the following activities can be enjoyed during peaceful pool time – lap swimming, deep water exercising, shallow water workouts, and stretching on the pool deck (bring your own mat). Members and guests, ages 18 and up, are encouraged to enjoy this member benefit that many of you have requested. Even some of our pool neighbors have asked to participate! A lifeguard and Board member will be onsite; restrooms/changing area available.


Fitness swim costs:

Non-members: $50 for a one-month pass (8 sessions), or $8 per visit

Members:  $25 for a one-month pass (8 sessions), or $4 per visit

This new service is outside the planned season operating budget; therefore, a fee is required to cover the minimum expenses. Pool will be open weather permitting.
